HP Laptop - 14s-cf3006tu
Microsoft Windows 11

I've had this laptop for just under 3 years and both shift keys have been malfunctioning for a while now, entire keyboard works normally but those 2 sometimes just stop working for hours.

I've tried checking, updating and reinstalling drivers, restarting system multiple times, checking for system problems with windows diagnostics tools, checking if caps locks/sticky keys are enabled in any way and using HP diagnostics tool as well.

For some time it started working, sometimes it works if I press the keys really hard.

Its been going on for awhile but its seemingly getting worse. I have not opened up/cleaned out the keys yet (For fear of risking breaking them, and honestly I don't know how to open the keys).

Operating system: windows 11
