Bought 30 laptops, touchpad not working. After updating Windows from the 1909 build, the touchpad stopped working in the new 19044 21H2 build. In order for the touchpad to work, you need to release a new version of the synaptics driver for the current 19044 build. The touchpad does not respond to double touches, the synaptic program does not start, the touchpad cannot be turned off when the mouse is connected, now when you start typing, your hands touch the touchpad, and it moves the cursor away, which interferes with printing. There are more than 30 computers of this model in our company, after updating the Windows build to version 19044 21H2, we encountered this problem. We do not intend to roll back Windows, as this will affect the security of the system, and we will only use the current version of Windows. Our employees are terribly unhappy. You need to release drivers for the current version of touchpad 19044, 21H2!!!
