Hp Support Assistant continue to send me update requests (16 in total) but they wont update. It attempts to and then a screen pops up saying "The driver is not supported on this OS version (10.0.17763). I am confused why HP would send me updates for a laptop that is unable to use them so I am thinking there is something wrong with it. Its 3 months old. Any help would me appreciated.

Please share the product number of the laptop to assist you better.

 

Open support assistant at the top right corner you will see a white question mark icon and says About. Click on it to know the version of HP support assistant.

Also, you can install the previous version (8.6.18.11 Rev.A) of HP support assistant using this link. Click Here

 

The latest version of HP support assistant is 9.5.192.0. If you have issues using the HP support assistant.

 

Update to the latest version of support assistant using this link. Click Here
