Product: HP laptop 17t-cn300 I own this one
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

The break Key combo to  break a macro does not work on my new computer as on my old computer.  Please answer I'm at the point of returning this for another mfg.  HP support line is ALWAYS, ALWAYS busy and the message cannot answer at this time and to call back later.  I must have called at least 50 times and the same old line......poorest support of any company I have ever dealt with.
