When I first bought my HP Envy, every time I activated the video camera during internet meetings, a notification would pop up from the sidebar suggesting the use of an app to adjust the screen brightness. It was a very easy way to access the adjustment tool. However, I deactivated the pop-up from happening by mistake. Now I cannot find the app to reactivate the pop-up messages.

Does anyone know the app I am talking about? Does anyone know how to reactivate it?
