HP ENVY TS m6 Sleekbook
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

So recently the f2 through f4 keys stopped functioning correctly. When I hit the brightness up key a search bar pops up (like the kind that pops up during a find command CTRL + f), when I hit the volume up key sometimes the page refreshes. The other keys don't do anything when I hit them. I've tried updating the keyboard drivers, double-checked that my keyboard language is set to English, ran troubleshooters, etc but have had no luck so far. Please help!

Thanks,

Lindsay

I tried doing that, but the BIOS menu is not popping up. I'll keep trying though. Here is the full product number: E0K45UA#ABA. When I go to fn+esc the full product name is listed as: HP ENVY TS m6 Sleekbook.

So I did get the BIOS up and the action keys were already enabled. I disabled and re-enabled them and that seems to have worked. The keys are functioning as usual now. Thanks for the help!
