Broadcom 20702 mit «sp71995.exe»  driver von hp heruntergeladen und installiert.

Problem nach wie vor stets vorhanden.

Frage:

Driver kann nicht gestartet werden, siehe Meldung:

My computer: Notebook: HP Envy 15, Notebook PC :  Serie-Nummer : 5CD5022WLC : System Bios: F.54

Broadcom 20702 mit «sp71995.exe»  driver von hp downloaded and installed.

The problem is following.

The driver can not started: error 10 not possible to start. You can see the  summary message unfortunately in German

because I have the germann Windows 10, Home Premium,  64 bit

In am very sorry but i do not understand what you mean and where i have to make the modification

Please delete the serai Number: "BCM20702"

Make model: Bluetooth 4.0 USB device:    "os"

I solved my problem with Broadcom BCM20702, Bluetooth 4.0 USB device as follow:

I deactivate the driver.  This problem is now definitively solved. Internet is running good.
