Product: HP Notebook - 15-da0077tx
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
I have a hp laptop (Microsoft windows 10 64-bit). Browsing apps like Mozilla, internet explorer and Google Chrome are not working!! It shows internet access is blocked, otherwise access denied. Even if the wifi is working properly and it shows connected but still my internet using apps are not working..I searched the internet for solutions and it showed to check if my antivirus or something is blocking access but I've no antivirus installed at the moment. So, how should I approach this problem to solve?
