I have a keyboard with a calculator on the right side of my HP Pavilion dv7. How do I use it, please? Using Windows 7.

Hi Janet71,
Welcome to the forums. To add on to what Banhein said, you actually can use the numeric keypad as a calculator, if you open the Calculator application on your computer. Here's how to do that:
1. Click the Start icon in the bottom left corner of the screen.
2. Click All Programs, and then click the Accessories folder.
3. In the Accessories list, click Calculator.
A small window with a calculator appears on your screen. With that window selected, you can now use the numeric keypad as you would a calculator, or you can click the on-screen numbers and symbols. The calculations appear on-screen in the Calculator window. I hope this helps!

Hi,
It's a numeric keypad, not a calculator. If you wish to you those key for input NUMBERS you can press num lock key.

2. Operating System installed (if applicable)
• Example: Windows XP, Windows Vista 32-bit, Windows 7 64-bit
3. Error message (if any)
• Example: ""Low disk space"" error in Windows
4. Any changes made to your system before the issue occurred
• Examples: Upgrading your Operating System or installing a new software; or installing new hardware like a printer, modem, or router.
