HP Notebook 15q-dy0007au, seems to be exclusively made in India

How can I buy this laptop in India,

from Europe and get it shipped there?

let me see,...... your asking if someone in the US knows how to buy something in india and ship it to europe?

 

don't you think it's better if you ask your question on the European HP site as people in europe tend to be better informed on european shipping requirements than a US citizen?

 

you can also simply inquire if a india HP reseller that carries your item is willing to ship to europe

I will also add that if you plan to use the notebook in Europe, it will not be covered under any warranty because the model sold in India is not supported or marketed in any European country.

You would be much better off buying a similarly equipped 15q-dy0xxx notebook that is marketed and supported in the country you plan to use it in.
