Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 in S Mode

There are several unused hp laptops at an online store that I use.  There are a couple of Streams with 2 cores  and 64gb storage.  There is a 14 inch with AMD 3020e.   How can I tell if these can run with windows 11??
