I've been trying to download the latest BIOS driver to fix my usb port issue, but this page just won't load!!

 

I refreshed the page multiple times, tried different browsers and even reset my internet to try to solve the issue, but it just keeps saying "HP is compiling your results. This could take up to 3 minutes, depending on your computer and connection speed. Thank you for your patience." I'm convinced that the website is broken since it has been an HOUR AND A HALF NOW.

 

It has been really frustrating to just find a fix for this problem that I have and this website is the only website with the drivers I need. I would appreciate any help whatsoever, cause it will probably take DAYS just for this drivers page to load.

Here is the latest BIOS update for your notebook.  It was written to be run on W10 though.

 

Driver - HP Pavilion Gaming Laptop - 16-a0032dx | HP® Customer Support

 

I have had no problem updating the BIOS' in two of my HP notebooks on W11 where the BIOS update was written for W10 only.

 

I don't know if your notebook would be the same or not, so update the BIOS on W11 at your own risk.

Omg thank you Paul, you're a lifesaver! I thought I would have to wait days just to download the drivers on the page!

 

I managed to update my bios and after restarting my computer, my usb port issue is fixed. I really appreciate the help and thanks again!! 😄

Glad the BIOS update fixed the USB problem. 

 

FWIW, I used Microsoft Edge to access your notebook's support page, and it worked fine for me.
