Product: HP Laptop 15-dw1024wm
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

My pc shows a blank screen at the same time the CAPS LOCK blinks 3 times and 2 times short I tried the normal windows button and v to reset the bios but after doing that it didn’t work and my system is one of the latest which dosent come with a CMOS battery please what else can I do
