Product: HP Laptop - 15-di1001tu

I have been facing this CMOS Reset (502) error since a few days. I have tried looking online it shows I need to change the CMOS battery, but I am unable to figure out if my laptop has one. When I went to a repair shop it told me to replace my main laptop battery. So does my laptop does not contain CMOS battery ? If it does please tell me how to find a new one. The issues I am facing due to this error are: 
1. System boots slowly with a CMOS checksum invalid error window and then proceeds to normal window.

2. My battery sometimes doesn't charge and and system gets shut down as soon as I remove AC power.

3. My date and time are reset every time.
