Hello!

A black screen after a CMOS reset and a failed Windows 11 update can be frustrating, but there are a few things you can try. First, perform a hard reset by disconnecting all peripherals and the power cord, then press and hold the power button for 15 seconds to drain any residual power. Next, connect an external monitor to see if a display appears, which would indicate an issue with your laptop's screen. If neither of those my wisely works, try HP's BIOS recovery by pressing the Windows + B keys while turning on the laptop. This can help fix a corrupted BIOS. If these steps don't resolve the issue, you may have a hardware problem, such as a faulty motherboard or GPU, and it would be best to contact HP Support.
