HP Recommended

My hp 15 laptop pc when I turn it on shows the CMOS 502 Restart screen, and when I hit enter to restart it afterwards it tells me to put in an administrator password or power-on password. I don't know what the password would be and there's no code that pops up if I enter the password wrong 3 times.
