HP Pavilion Gaming - 15-ec0101ax
Microsoft Windows 11

I'm experiencing a problem with my HP Pavilion 15-ec0101ax Gaming Laptop from the 1st day of purchasing. When I plugged in the charger the CPU speed locked at 0.4 GHz speed. When using the battery everything works fine and the speed is back to normal. I'm using the original HP charger which comes with a laptop. I tried to reinstall Windows, update the drivers, and install the latest BIOS and all other hacks but the issue still remains.   I think the problem is on the hardware side. especially I guess on input charging port based on my research.  Lots of questions already asked on the HP site no one really works for me.😞 and one more question is there any method to disable BD Prochot for amd processor like intel. for temporary purpose. ??
