Hello community, I hope this post finds you well 🙂
I recently reinstalled Widows on my PC. After the reset, both CTRL keys are not working.
They work on the on-screen keyboard. There's no physical damage on my computer, in fact, those keys worked just fine before the OS reset.
I used HP hardware diagnosis to test the keyboard, all the the other keys work, the issue is just with CTRLs. I tried uninstalling the keyboard driver and restarting the computer: the driver was reinstalled but the issue persists.
Am I missing a driver? How could I fix this? Please help me!
Than you very much!
