My Notebook keeps hibernating at the worst possible time despite me still using it.

Luckily, it does not drain my battery, and all the stuff I've done is still there when I turn it on, but it can get real annoying because it's happening ALL THE TIME!

It says I need to "Calibrate the Battery" but I don't know how exactly to do that. My HP PC Hardware Diagnostic UEFI is different than what the website had posted. It does not have "Component Tests", instead it has "Battery", but it only has "AC Power Adapter" and "Battery Test." NOT "Calibrate Battery" or "Battery Calibrate." Can you please help?

I tried following the instructions, but I don't know how to discharge the battery without the "Component Tests" Option.

I also used the HP PC Hardware Diagnostics Windows App and this is what I got:

Logic State: CALIBRATE
Charge State: NOT AVAILABLE
