HP Pavilion 15.6 inch Laptop PC 15-eh1000 (2K4Y7AV)
Microsoft Windows 11

HP PC Hardware Diagnostics UEFI I run from a USB stick.

I am conducting a battery test - calibration is required (20-8), the [Calibrate battery] button is displayed.

What charge should be on the battery at this moment and should the laptop be connected to the adapter?

Hello @ArtsiomRyzhanki

Can you start Windows operating system normally? There is a simple way to calibrate the battery in a few steps ...

Kind regards

all those methods are simple discharge-charging, this is not calibration

I want to press the [Calibrate] button after booting from a USB stick

HP PC Diagnostics 4-in-1

A blank USB key of 8GB capacity or larger is required.
