Its been two weeks since the camera and the microphone of my computer stoped working properly.
I have checked in the device management page and the drivers for the camera are not to be found, i have tried the search for modification option on the top of the page but it just doesn't do anything. It seems like my computer is acting as if there where no camera plugged inside (it is not coming from the kill switch beeing on) I think that the problem is coming from the fact that the camera driver desapeared or some what deleted itself. I have tried resetting my PC two times but nothing changed.
Therefore I wanted to know if someone could tell me where i can re download the drivers because they are not available on the hp drivers page when i use the "recognize my pc feature".
Thanks for your answer, I have already visited that page and none of the solutions worked unfirunately. The conclusion might be that the camera is unplugged inside my computer but the thing is that it was working perfectly a few weeks earlier and i haven't done anything to my laptop, i genuinlly think that it is a software problem. I would like to redownload the camera drivers from the HP website but when i use the detect my product feature, the site doesn't show any camera or microphone drivers. Do you know if there is somewhere else i could download them ?
