I understand you're having trouble with your camera on your HP Laptop 15s-eq2143AU, and you're looking to reinstall the drivers and enable camera access. I'm here to help you get that working again!

Reinstall Camera Driver via Device Manager

  2. Expand Imaging Devices or Cameras.
  3. Right-click on your camera device (e.g., "HP TrueVision Camera") and select Uninstall device.
  4. Confirm the uninstallation.
  5. Restart your laptop. Windows will automatically reinstall the default camera driver.

Download the Latest Camera Driver from HP

  1. Visit the official HP driver page for your model: Official HP® Support
  2. Select your Windows version.
  3. Look under Driver – Keyboard, Mouse, and Input Devices or Software – Multimedia for the camera driver.
  4. Download and install the latest version.

Enable Camera Access in Windows Settings

  1. Go to Settings > Privacy & Security > Camera.
  2. Make sure Camera access is turned On.
