When I open the camera, either just using the camera, or through zoom, It gives a brief moment of an image and then freezes. In the camera app, I can take a video, but the image does not change and the video does not save. I have updated the camera drivers and the graphics drivers and the firmware but nothing has changed. I went through all of this two weeks ago and thought we had the issue resolved. It worked for one day, and then stopped working again.

I reviewed your post and I understand that the webcam is not working correctly on your computer.
