How do I adjust the camera zoom settings.  The video camera works but some adjustment or setting is wrong because my picture is so small, people looking at my picture can't really see me.

Don't worry as I'll be glad to help, I have a few troubleshooting steps we could try to fix the issue:  

  1. Open the YouCam webcam software and turn on the webcam.
  2. Click the “Settings” button under the webcam preview window.
  3. Click the “Enable Video Zoom” option.
  4. Click the “Automatic Face Detection” option. ...
  5. Click the “Manual Zoom” option to manually control the zoom feature.
