Rookie on board...

SPOTPAI have a 64bit i7 Hp Laptop 💻.  It only has 4gigs of Ram. I use my laptop to Record music 🎙 vocals on FL20 Studio and Magix DAW ACID PRO 10. I need 8 RAM to add a vocal harmony VST3 plug-in.  However Laptops now-a-day don't let you open the back and add an upgrade. Sooo how do I add more RAM???! Sept.26.2022 thank you all for thy help!

Hi:

 

You would have to refer to the service manual for your notebook, which will have the memory removal and replacement procedure.

 

These new notebooks are hard to get the bottom cover off.

 

Most of them have the access screws hidden under the rubber foot strips.

 

What is the full model number or product number of your notebook?
