PAVILION 14-CE1042TX
Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

Hi, I bought a HP Pavilion last April 20, 2019 at HP store SM North EDSA Annex. Last week, when I was turning it on, the screen suddenly went black and the hard drive stopped from processing. I was wondering if the unit was really brand new at the time of my purchase. It's only  now that I realized that the sales rep did not showed me the seal of the box when he opened it. Can someone help bring my concern to HP rep?

Hello @MLDC141968

Thank you for posting in the HP Support Community.

  • You may get a replacement depending on the seller's best wish as well as depending on the local consumer rights
  • Best would be if you contact the seller themselves to check if they can do something if you want a replacement >> from what I see you probably purchased the device from here >> https://www.smsupermalls.com/mall-locator/sm-city-north-edsa/information/
  • The computer comes with warranty - if it does not work now, you can contact HP and ask for free assistance
  • You may contact local HP Support for your country here >> https://support.hp.com/ph-en/contact-hp

Besides from that, is your PC turning ON now ?

Hope this helps.
