To find the needed USB Port, please look for USB 3.0 charging (powered) port on page 8 of this manual

Garmin S10 is not a product from HP and ENVY K2Z71AV is an invalid HP product therefore I can't tell you how. But with poor information specially how to charge

and after spending time to search for its MANUAL with NO RESULT. I think you have to ask Garmin where is the manual for this hopeless product ?
