I recently uninstalled some HP software including the HP support assistant, so now the command center button doesn't open the command center anymore. I can't download the HP support assistant program - when I click the download button on the HP support assistant page, it opens this page (screenshot below) and fails to do anything. It's doing this in both chrome and internet explorer.
Is there another way to download the support assistant?
Thanks!

I figured out the problem, it was a setting on my router that prevented me from downloading this.
I successfully downloaded and installed the HP Support Assistant.
Now the HP Command Center button still doesn't work though... will jump on a different thread.

Thanks for responding! That page is what's not downloading.
I'm trying to upload the screenshot again, but when I click the button, a new tab opens up with the address "javascript:void(0)", and the page shows text:
Can't reach this page
Make sure the web address //ieframe.dll/dnserror.htm?ErrorStatus=0x80004004# is correct
Now I'm looking around for this error message and am wondering if I have a virus somehow? I have malwarebytes and avast antivirus installed and active.

Please do NOT use Bing, please use different web browser and click to the link on my previous reply.
Regards.

Thanks for the reply, apologies for my belated response, I've been on vacation.
1. I've also tried chrome and firefox web browsers.
2. I was using internet explorer in my screenshot.
3. Bing isn't a browser.
I'd appreciate any other help.
