Can't Install Microsoft Office Pro 2023

The install process hangs up about 70% of the way through. It generates two error messages, neither of which seem to apply to the situation. One states that it can't be installed for an unspecified reason, and the other says to check to see if I have the resources to run Office. I have a TB hard drive, a Ryzen-7 processor, and 32mb of ram. Tried the Microsoft site, but I keep getting directed to pages that are less than helpful.

If the Microsoft Websites for Office don't help, perhaps persevere and contact Microsoft Support.

If you cannot find a way to contact Support directly, start with  Microsoft 365 community support

What?

Windows and Microsoft Office products - all of them -- are owned, controlled, and distributed by Microsoft.

I'm not familiar with "Microsoft Office Pro 2023" .

Means nothing, of course.
