My laptop can't update the AMD driver that I downloaded from the HP Customer Support website. When I play games, I also experience low fps frame problems around 15-20 fps. Even though I play games using low medium settings. My laptop has two graphics cards radeon 530 (Dedicated) and radeon r5 (Integrated). I have updated the bios, did a lot of settings on the amd driver which I downloaded from the amd website but the results still didn't change. I tried to download the driver from the hp support website, but when I updated the installation it only went to install.bat after that the windows came out by themselves. please explain and solution. And sorry for bad english

While AMD writes really good drivers, their driver support software is another story. If you read their release notes, every one tells you to completely remove the old drivers before installing any new ones. Have you done that? Or did you just run the driver install hoping it would work?
What I found to work well was using a third-party AMD driver removal tool known as Display Driver Uninstaller -- which you can get from here: https://www.wagnardsoft.com/
