Hey Guys, im new here. I recently bought an Omen Dc-1311ng with 15 i5-9300h, 1660ti Laptop. After a BIOS update and a reset to default changes my cores don´t get that hot like before. So issue number 1 solved.
but heres a very very weird issue. I also couldnt find it in the world wide web.
and in advance: yes, i tried several new installations, several reboots, i installed all updates and i hard reset my laptop!
i want to change the backlight of my keyboard because the simple red is a little bit boring to me. But before i can enter the "Profiles" setup where i can config all of that stuff I have to accept the Privacy Policies. And heres the problem, i cant show them. i cant click on the button, nothing happens. Just the "not now" button on the left is clickable. And if i press this one, of course, the previous window is popping up again. I also tried to switch the system and so also the programs langauage to english because then the whole text is showing correctly on the right button. with no success..
any ideas for this very weird problem? thank you in advnace. hopefully we can work something out. Best whishes . Jogg3r
i also attached a screenshot.

Ok. After 2 hours of remote connection with a support member who didn't come to a solution I found one. It was inconvenience. In my dorm the internet connection got lost. So I tried it without internet and I could show the privacy policies and I finally could accept them. I guess it was because of the DNS ad blocker. So topic can be closed. Thx again to Karim.
