@dalexandre76

The HP warranty date is set when the PC is BUILT, not when it is SOLD.  So, if you buy a PC this month, but it was built in July of 2019, the warranty will show an End Date of July 2020, not June 2021.

So, the first thing you need to do is clear up the warranty issue -- and unfortunately, that is NOT something we can do for you.  You have to contact HP Customer Support to do that on your own.

My friend I tried everything I tried everything I finally was able to get the PC started but it just goes into a black screen with the HP logo in the background and it dies and I have to hit the power button on the top of the laptop hit escape button and then it takes me into a start up menu I’ve tried all the options the only thing that keeps popping up is no data no data but then I ran a test on the the software and on the bio says they’re the bios version is there but for some reason the data is not there the hardware is fine I’ve run component test is fine I don’t know what else to do
