Two month ago ,We specially bought a HP notebook which came with Microsoft office home and student 2016 . After inaugurating 😀😁 my laptop , I immediately opened word ; suddenly I was directed to the dialog box suggesting to activate my office product . After then I spent some time trying singing on with two of the Microsoft account I used on my laptop . It was not activated and it was even more nightmare for me to know that I had no office product key . I was , and am unable to activate my office product .
so , I seek for proper enlightenment .

Your machine has nothing called pre-installed, only FreeDOS 2.0:

Normally MS Office is a TRIAL version and after few months if you wish to continue to use you have to pay Microsoft for it.
Regards.

My notebook came with pre included Microsoft office home and student 2016 . It even has a sticker on it labelling " Microsoft
includes; Office home and student 2016 " . The real problem is I can't activate office with any of my Microsoft account and I even donot have office product key with me .
