Good Afternoon

I recently bough the HP-Pavilion 14-dh1010TU from the online hp store

I wished to apply for the student offer but I am not able to

I have received the invoice from Savex Technologies but the issue is that the form required to be filled in the offer redemption process asks for the Partner Name and the State. I am able to select the State which is Haryana but in the Partner Name dropdown menu the name of Savex Technologies is not present due to which i am unable to complete the process.

Also I have emailed the offer redemption team, called various teams from hp but it has given no reply. Hence I request you to provide me with a proper solution as the offers states it is valid only till the 31st of July 2020
