Product: ProBook 450 G2
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 8.1 (64-bit)
I activated fingerprint recognition in HP Drive Encryption when I bought this laptop for myself, now I want the family to have general use so I want to deactivate the fingerprint function. Drive Encryption is connected to Client Security and when I try to open that it doesn't recognise my Windows password.
I've tried uninstalling Client Security and Drive Encryption but I can't make any changes to either without it recognising my Windows password.
Can anyone help?
Thanks.
