İ basically can't disable vertical sync in any games and this is causing a huge input lag. I tried disabling it both from nvidia control panel and in game but that didn't help. I thought that maybe it is because of power savings or hp applications. Is there any solution to this you suggest?
Also this issue is not permanent. Sometimes the issue just goes away and i can play without vertical sync. That doesn't make any sense, please help me.

Welcome to the HP Forums, this is a great location to get assistance! I read your post and see that you want to disable the vsync. I would like to help you resolve this issue.
VSynch can be set to Always On or Use Application Settings. The Use Application Settings setting means that VSynch can't be outright disabled in the Intel® Graphics Control Panel.
The game or software being used must support full disablement. For games, this option is enabled or disabled via the game settings or configuration menu under graphics settings. In visual applications that use 3-D settings, look in the software's Preferences, Settings, or Options menus.
In order to configure the Always On or Application Setting options, follow these steps:
- Press Ctrl + Alt + F12 to open the Intel® HD Graphics Control Panel.
- Click 3D.
- Select General Settings > Custom Settings.
- Select either Use Application Settings or On.
NoteOn sets VSynch to always enabled. Use Application Settings sets VSynch under control of the game or application that uses it.
Let me know if that helps.
Cheers.

Thanks for replying. Intel graphics control panel's interface is a bit different than the photo you send in the reply. Those 2 options in vertical sync is "use application settngs" and "use driver settings" . I chosed use application settings but, unfortunately the issue goes on. Maybe my intel graphics control panel's version is just different so i am actually not doing as you showed in the picture. So should i update the panel?

I appreciate your time and effort.
Update the graphics driver on your computer.
Click here and type in the printer serial number to download the graphics driver .
Create a new user account on your computer and check if that works.
Click here and follow the steps mentioned under third link in the HP article to create new account.

I downloaded intel drive support and assistant to look intel graphics card patch and checked nvidia geforce experience application on my pc but everything was already up-to-date.
Also tried the second solution but didn't work.
There must be something wrong with graphics drivers or the game's not being compatible with my notebook's features. Do you have any idea?
