Hello I need help I want to download my own MP4 videos and I can’t because I get (couldn’t download - network issue) or in chrome I get (failed - network issue) I’m also getting a error ( 0xc10100be ) I’ve been trying for a week now I’ve reset my laptop 5 times and updated to the newest version 20H2 (OS BUILD 19042.685) I don’t want to buy any tools and the videos work fine I’m just trying to download them off YouTube. My internet is fine I even got PRTG network Monitor but on it it’s something to do with HTTP and the status is down (HTTP/1.1 503 service temporary unavailable) but only get that when trying to download my videos I’ve never had this issue a couple years ago roughly 2-3 please someone help me resolve this issue

Hello,
Welcome to the HP Support Community !
I am afraid this probably has nothing to do with your computer but is either caused by your network service provider or the website service you use.
Google is making it difficult for users to freely download their content, situation is very dynamic in this area. YouTuve it is meant to be used on their website. You can try this website here to post a URL and then convert it, finally download either MP3 or MP4 files. Your at your risk, the website is not official and has nothing to do with Google or HP .

It works for me here.
Try with a different browser (Chrome, Firefox, Opera), try with a browser with no extensions, etc
Try with a different network (like from a mobile hotspot, different ISP from a different location).
