Hi @AMartin91,
Welcome to HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
If you're trying to download iTunes from the Microsoft Store and encountering an issue where it only shows "Copy Link" instead of a download button, here are a few steps you can try to resolve the problem.
Check Microsoft Store Connection
- Ensure you are signed in with your Microsoft account.
- Check your internet connection to ensure the Store can load properly.
Restart the Microsoft Store
- Close and reopen the Microsoft Store app. Sometimes, restarting the app can resolve temporary glitches.
- You can also try logging out of your Microsoft account and then logging back in.
Clear Microsoft Store Cache
- Press Windows + R to open the Run dialog box.
- Type wsreset.exe and press Enter. This will reset the Microsoft Store cache and may resolve the issue.
- The Microsoft Store will reopen automatically once the reset is complete.
Update Microsoft Store
- Open the Microsoft Store, go to the Library (usually found in the bottom-left corner), and check for updates.
- If there is an update for the Store itself, make sure to install it.
Check Windows Updates
- Ensure your Windows system is up to date by going to Settings > Update & Security > Windows Update and checking for updates.
- Sometimes the Store behaves oddly when your Windows version is outdated.
Try a Different Browser
- If you are viewing the Microsoft Store website in a browser, ensure you are using a supported and up-to-date browser like Microsoft Edge or Google Chrome.
If these steps don’t work, you can try downloading iTunes directly from Apple’s website as an alternative:
- Visit the official iTunes download page on Apple’s website to install iTunes without using the Microsoft Store.
I hope this helps.
Take care and have a good day.
