Whenever I try to download drivers or softwares from the website it firstly downloads about 1% and then stops downloading. I tried different browsers but nothing seemed to help.

Hello,

I have just tried several times to download the drivers and software from your computer, and on my side it works without any issue.

So you may be experiencing a network issue or your firewall is blocking downloads from hp.com.
Try again to download the drivers and software via the HP link below.
