Product: Hp Envy x360
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
I am trying to download google chrome. Each time I try to it does not download and then I click the button that says if it did not begin click to retry. Then a screen comes up that says it cannot reach this page and it won't refresh to go back to the download page unless I restart the browser

Hi,
Try downloading the offline installer from here:
https://www.google.com/chrome/browser/desktop/index.html?system=true&standalone=1&platform=win64
After download you can install by double-clicking on the setup file.
If it does not work try using a different browser. If you are using Edge, try using Internet Explorer.
Hope it helps,
David
