Hi,

I recently purchased an HP 250 G9 laptop. I visited the page https://support.hp.com/bg-en/drivers/laptops , detect my product, select it, but https://support.hp.com/bg-en/error?errorType=500
"We're sorry

HP Customer Support site is temporarily unavailable.

OS is Windows 10 x64

Hi,

It is possible that sometimes parts of the site are down for maintenance or have some kind of problem.

You can find the drivers for your notebook here (choose the correct OS)

https://support.hp.com/us-en/drivers/selfservice/hp-250-15.6-inch-g9-notebook-pc/2101122473

 

or you could use HP support assistant which is usually already installed or you can install from here which will update your machine and more

https://support.hp.com/it-it/help/hp-support-assistant

On this page drivers is only for Win 11, I downloaded from there and now all is OK.
Bay the way, support assistant is useless in my case.
