Product: pavilion
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Just got a new Pavilion 15 and I can't install Chrome on it. It says "unspecified error" after trying to install the downloaded file. Firefox went fine but not Chrome.

 

Any ideas?

Try downloading the offline installer from here:

 

https://www.google.com/intl/en/chrome/browser/desktop/index.html?standalone=1

 

See if it works,
