When the HP Support Assistant loads it asks me to log in. Okay, no problem. Then I click for it to keep me logged in. Nope, it doesn't. In fact it keeps looping around and around asking me to log in over and over.

I looked at the forum and no posts had a fix that helped me solve the problem, but I did discover that I wasn't using the latest version so I uninstalled the old one and removed all the settings then installed the new one.

Still the same problem.

I'm wondering if a cookie being set somewhere that's not working right? 🤷

Hi Rainbow23,

If you look at the original post I mentioned that I upgraded from an old version to the new one and that didn't fix the problem.

Still, I followed your instructions and uninstalled the latest version, deleted all the old settings and whatnot per the prompt, and reinstalled the same version. No luck, the login loop bug persists.

Any other thoughts as to how I might be able to log in to the HP Support Assist app and have it retain the login information?

Cheers
