Greet everyone. After purchasing the laptop, I wanted to download all the necessary drivers from support.hp.com. But I get 403 forbidden error when I try to open it. Any other pages on hp.com will open, but if the URL contains the word support, I get a 403 forbidden error. At the same time, I can access the support pages from my other devices, such as smartphones and PCs. Is there an explanation for this problem? Thanks.

I noticed the same type of problem with different computers
We have already postponed, some of these concerns, it will probably take some time, before this is resolved

This link gives the same result with an error if I open it from my new laptop. But it opens fine on my desktop pc and smartphone.
I live in Ukraine. It would be great if you could report these errors to your site's support team.
I used the Edge and Chrome browsers. Windows clean installation.

however do not let bios updates be done by themselves

I can't help you with this, since, it works for me in this case
Not the same countries, and computer.
If it works with other devices in your home, it is difficult for me to know where it can come from, finally.
