Spectre x360 Convertible 13 ac
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Pen is working, but I'm unable to pair it with the computer, so basically the two buttons are unusable.

Already tried:

- HP Support assistant: everything is up to date. Even the firmware.

- Windows update: Everything is up to date.

Thanks banhien!

Yes they are.

What HP didn't say is that you have to download the HP Pen Control Software.

I found the solution minutes after posting this question.

Found the software in this link and it solved my problem (no need to pair it):

ftp://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp80001-80500/sp80343.exe

ftp://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp80001-80500/sp80343.html

Keep in mind that for the buttons to work you need to press them while pressing the screen.

Hope it helps!
