hi there- i do alot of online surveys. When there is a problem with a survey you are asked to take a screen shot. I don't know how to do this- googled and it said to press Windows and Prt sc keys. When i do this nothing happens. Same if i press FN and Prt sc. Any ideas?

many thanks.

Just an FYI - simply press the Print Sc key without any other combination while viewing the screen you wish to capture.

Now open the "Paint" application and click the "Paste" button....  Voila!

Of course!

Love Paint - been around forever and still a gem.  Smiling.

And, Snip works the same way...

Where available, Snip includes a link to open "Edit in Paint 3D"

Snip the content > Tab Edit > Select Edit with Paint 3D (or Cntrl E)

Brilliant.
