Hello, I've already messaged HP support about this, but sadly Customer Support Chat won't load in so I can't talk to them. My issue is that the laptop's processor is capable of Turbo Mode and is advertised with it, but I can't turn it on. I got an E-mail from HP after a long time when I first contacted them, and they sent me a step-by-step guide on how to enable it. The only problem with that is that in the guide I was asked to go tinto the Advanced Mode in the BIOS. When I got into the BIOS there was no Advanced Menu. How can I get access to this part of the BIOS and activate Turbo Mode? And how can I also view my support cases if I close the Customer Support Chat?
