Product: HP Spectre x360 - 15-bl012dx
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
Hello,
The HP website says that the latest BIOS version for my notebook is F.43A, but when I try to install it, the option is greyed out. I've also tried to install via USB, but it doesn't work. Firmware management does not appear when I press F2 and insert the USB. Nor does it work to press Win+B keys during boot, as an error is encountered in the update.
I've also tried updating through HP Assistant and Hardware Diagnostics, without success, as they don't identify BIOS version 43.
Please, I need help.
Thank you.
