Can you install nvidia graphics driver with intel graphics card

So my laptop is brand new its 2 weeks old now eland the screen glitched turns out my graphics drivers were out of date .so at the store the installed a nvidia graphics diver but I have an intel graphics card should I go and instal the intel graphics driver or wil the nvidia work ... 

Also if i instal the intel driver should i uninstall the nvidia or just leave it

Hi:

Some models have the Intel HD graphics only, and some have the INtel/Nvidia switchable graphics.

You can see if your notebook has both by going to the device manager.

Click to expand the Display Adapters device manager category.

If you see just an Intel HD graphics adapter listed there, then your notebook does not have the Intel/Nvidia switchable graphics system, and you can uninstall the Nvidia graphics driver.

If you see both an Intel and Nvidia graphics adapter listed there, do not uninstall the Nvidia graphics adapter.
