Hello,

 

I just made a Black Friday purchase and it's not shipping for 2 weeks. I found another deal and want to cancel the order. How do I do this?

This is not a business unit of HP.  This is the product user forum.

 

I suggest that you contact HP on Monday.

 

We are currently still in the holiday period so weekends, even during non Pandemic times are not the best times to change orders.
